For almost all my life, I've been kept dumb in terms of education what's really good for my body and what's not (nutrition wise). When I was young I heard, do this, don't do that... but as it turned out after my first health-issues aged 31, this was all rubbish. I ate literally so bad, that it doesn't take me any wonder, my body screamed and cried.
